Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive a tracking number immediately after shipment.
Transit Times
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. We partner with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure the fastest delivery to your door.
Shipping Rates & Area
We provide domestic shipping within the Contiguous United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send an automated email containing your tracking information. You can monitor your shipment via our Tracking Page or directly on the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
All shipments are insured for your protection. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please Contact Us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will initiate a claim and resolve the issue promptly via replacement or refund.
International Shipping
Currently, DIVIS PRO focuses on serving the US market only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working to expand our reach soon.
